Summer 2025 introduces us to a new era of planetary elements – some dipping their toes out of water and putting their feet to the fire, others on the precipice of rocketing out of earth and into the ether. We will welcome the soft and cuddly side of Jupiter as it nestles into its favorite watery place in the zodiac in which to expand and bestow riches.

We’ll use the power of kundalini yoga kriyas, heart-opening mantras, meditation and pranayama to work with the very specific lessons and opportunities inherent in the astrological vibrations at play from summer solstice to the autumn equinox.

Huge changes are ahead as we leave the period of earth and water behind and enter a prolonged period dominated by the air and fire elements. We’ll look at ways to craft our sadhana to compensate for the elemental shake-up.

The class will be live-streamed in-studio, with live music and vocals. It will also be available for pay-per-view. Registrants that miss attendance will be sent a link to the edited recording within 10 days of the live class.
